Specific cable set for converting a standard air conditioner to a Climatronic system for the following vehicles: VW Golf 4, VW Bora. This cable set connects the ventilation unit to the fan control unit and the temperature sensor. It also connects all components to the central electrical system. Scope of delivery: cable set. Note: This cable set is only suitable for air conditioning units with a 16-pin connector. For a straightforward conversion, we recommend the following procedure: Drain the air conditioning system (refrigerant). Remove the dashboard (first remove the radio and instrument cluster). Replace the entire ventilation unit. Connect and install the control unit and the associated cable set. Connect the ventilation unit to the optional cable set. Install all components in reverse order. Connect the ventilation control unit and temperature sensor. Charge the Climatronic system.
