RETROSOUND Kickpanels, Beetle Convertible (1956-70) without speakers

These ABS protective panels are sold as a left and right pair without our R-652N speakers and will not be pre-mounted; however, the speaker holes are pre-cut to accommodate our 6.5-inch speakers. (Other panels on the market are not pre-cut.)

What makes these shield panels unique is that we've designed the speaker bracket to angle the speaker further towards the listener for superior sound quality and stereo imaging. Competing shield panels currently on the market simply project the speaker towards the customer's feet, while our shield panels offer a more audiophile-grade listening experience. Our optional R-652N speakers have an ultra-slim mounting depth for use with these panels, so once fitted, the panel will fit your vehicle perfectly. The panels are paintable and come with an attractive textured black finish (see photos above for reference). These panels are designed to fit 1956-1970 Beetle Convertibles*
