With this service ticket, you benefit from exclusive KUFATEC support even if you haven't purchased any items from us. We assist you with any type of technically feasible renovation that we also offer. We guarantee immediate availability or contact from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You can purchase the service ticket with different scopes (bronze, silver, gold, platinum). Bronze service scope: Connection assistance, assistance in selecting the correct parts, activation of control units (SFD1) ** Silver service scope: same scope as bronze, assistance via TeamViewer * Gold service scope: same scope as silver, provision of installation instructions / connection instructions available Platinum service scope: same scope as gold, assistance with software configuration / commissioning of retrofits / control parts ** Selectable options: Version 1, bronze, Version 2, silver, Version 3, gold, Version 4, platinum Delivery contents: Support for upgrades via telephone, email, and remote assistance Note: * A diagnostic system must be present ** Any KUFATEC coding dongle must be available for the functions for which KUFATEC offers a dongle; this must be purchased separately. The support ticket is limited to one chassis number and one upgrade.
